There’s no denying that live music is our first love, but when the London Ballet dropped #MAG an invite to attend an evening of dance and champagne to celebrate the growth of the Company and check out what’s to come, we couldn’t resist.
The London Ballet Company is now in its third year of existence and has been pretty damn successful in its enterprises. Outstanding reviews of the latest season’s Eve’s Journey, and feedback from their non-dance audience has confirmed that they’re fulfilling their ethos of making dance more accessible.
#MAG joined guests at The Bridewell Hall for champagne, canapés and excerpts from the Ballet’s repertoire; including An Olympic Dream which portrayed an all too familiar, albeit dramatic interpretation, of a London tube journey. Followed by highlights from Eve’s Journey and 00 And His 7.
Coming up is an International Tour to Panama, China and Greece; but London bound folk can catch Postcard From London – An Original Modern Ballet Piece at the Bridewell Theatre, 18th June-5th July, Tuesday-Friday at 1pm.
